INTERNATIONAL COMBINED SHIPPING & HOLD ORDER OPTION:
We realize that as weekly product updates are made, one might desire to select products against each week's release.
As a service to only our international clients, order holds and combined shipping is gladly offered. Orders may be held for up to 20 days maximum for combine shipping. Our system is now set up to override multiple remittances of expensive shipping fees against each order, then waiting for refunds to process. Here is how it works:
FIRST ORDER: Checkout desired products and select COMBINED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING as the ship method. Place the following memo in the notes field: " Hold for combined shipping until I notify the studio of desired ship date ". By selecting the combined shipping option as your ship method, only a .25-cent service charge will be added to the cost of your order instead of expensive shipping fees.
SECOND ORDER / MULTIPLE ORDERS THEREAFTER:
Repeat the same process as outlined above.
FINAL ORDER: Checkout and select the desired shipping method. Place a memo in the notes field stating " I have finished ordering for the month, please ship this order with all orders I have on hold" An email will follow stating all invoice numbers that will be included in the combined shipment. Hard copy scans of actual postage document & customs number will be issued next day. Parcel will contain hard copies of all your individual invoices.
WE DO NOT OFFER PERSONAL SHIPPER PICKUPS BY YOUR FREIGHT COMPANY AS THIS IS OFTEN LINKED TO SCAMS. BE AWARE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD USE IS FULLY VERIFIED BY THE ISSUING BANK AS WE PROCESS ORDERS SUBMITTED AS AN ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURE. THESE MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO PREVENT IDENTITY THEFT AND FRAUD. THIS TAKES AN EXTRA DAY TO PROCESS, AS INTERNATIONAL CALL TIMES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO TIME ZONES.
